Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F–400°F.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Grill the avocado halves cut-side down for about 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.
Assemble by placing the grilled chicken on a serving platter and topping with grilled avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
Notes
For best results, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes. Serve with lime wedges for added zest.
