Ingredients

For the Cheesecake Filling
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt rich in protein
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup honey or to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 scoops protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Optional Crust
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs for base
For Toppings
  • 1 cup fresh fruit such as berries or sliced bananas
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup nuts chopped

Method

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, blend the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, lemon juice, protein powder, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  2. Use a hand mixer or whisk to thoroughly combine the ingredients.
  3. If you prefer a crust, place a spoonful of graham cracker crumbs at the bottom of each serving cup or jar.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into individual cups or jars, filling them about 3/4 full.
  5. Cover the cups with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the cheesecake to set.
  6. Before serving, add your choice of toppings such as fresh fruit, chocolate chips, or nuts.
