  • 2 cups Greek yogurt the creamy base, rich in protein and probiotics
  • 1 cup Mixed berries colorful assortment, bursting with flavor
  • 1 cup Granola look for minimal added sugar for a healthier choice
  • 2 tablespoons Honey to enhance the natural flavors; maple syrup also works
  • a few Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method

How to Make Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait
  1. Rinse berries under cold water and pat dry if fresh, thaw slightly if using frozen berries.
  2. In a tall glass or bowl, add a generous layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries right on top of the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  5. Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of berries.
  6. Drizzle honey over the top layer for added sweetness.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  8. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
