Method

How to Make Golden Cheesy Mashed Potato Puffs
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix chilled mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, green onions (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture with a spoon or your hands, forming small balls about the size of a golf ball.
