  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs for a crispy coating

Method

How to Make
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix chilled mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, green onions (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture and form small balls or mounds about the size of a golf ball.
