Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat dry the chicken wings using paper towels.
Toss the wings in a large bowl with salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
Transfer the wings to a large bowl and pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over them.
Toss the wings until they are well coated in the sauce.
Serve the wings on a platter and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
