Method

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic. Sauté until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  2. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture. Remove from heat and let cool for a couple of minutes.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
  6. Flatten each biscuit into a circle and place about 1 tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
  7. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal, placing seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Mix together melted butter, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and parsley until blended.
  9. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the garlic Parmesan mixture.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  11. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
