  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Method

How to Make Garlic Butter Steak Skillet
  1. Pat the steak strips dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil.
  3. Add the seasoned steak strips in a single layer and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Flip the steak and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes for medium-rare.
  5. Remove the steak and set aside. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
  6. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Add cooked steak back to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter.
  8. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
  9. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
