How to Make Garlic Butter Steak Skillet
Pat the steak strips dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil.
Add the seasoned steak strips in a single layer and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Flip the steak and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes for medium-rare.
Remove the steak and set aside. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add cooked steak back to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve it over creamy mashed potatoes for a cozy twist.
