How to Make Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Prepare the steak by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add the steak pieces in a single layer and sear for about 2–3 minutes on each side.
Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter.
Once melted and bubbling, add the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme; sauté for 1–2 minutes.
Return the steak bites to the skillet, toss in the garlic butter sauce, and heat for another 1–2 minutes.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter.
