  • 1 lb sirloin steak or ribeye, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped

Method

How to Make Garlic Butter Steak Bites
  1. Prepare the steak by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the steak pieces in a single layer and sear for about 2–3 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter.
  6. Once melted and bubbling, add the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme; sauté for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Return the steak bites to the skillet, toss in the garlic butter sauce, and heat for another 1–2 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
