How to Make Garlic Butter Lobster Tail
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut each lobster tail shell carefully down the middle using kitchen scissors, stopping just before the tail fin.
Lift the lobster meat out of the shell if desired.
Mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until combined.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Bake the lobster tails on a baking sheet in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes.
Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the cooked lobster tails once removed from the oven.
Serve with lemon wedges alongside.
