How to Make Garlic Bread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.
Slice the loaf of French bread in half lengthwise.
Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the bread.
Arrange the prepared bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the garlic bread during the last few minutes of baking, if desired.
Remove from the oven, slice into pieces, and serve warm.
Notes
Optional: Sprinkle with extra chopped parsley for a fresh color and taste.
