Cooking Instructions
Boil Water: Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a vigorous boil.
Melt Butter: After draining the pasta, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat.
Sauté Garlic: Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes for heat, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Combine Pasta: Toss drained pasta back into the pot and coat with garlic butter.
Create Sauce: Pour in 1/4 cup reserved pasta water to create a silky sauce.
Season: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Toast Breadcrumbs: In a skillet, melt remaining butter and toast breadcrumbs for 3-4 minutes.
Serve: Dish out pasta and top with toasted breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Garnish: Finish with freshly chopped parsley.
Enjoy Hot: Serve immediately while hot.
