How to Make Fudgy Protein Brownies
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch pan or use parchment paper.
Whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed. Fold in optional ingredients like chocolate chips or nuts.
Spread the brownie batter evenly into your prepared pan.
Bake in your preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice into squares and enjoy!
