Preparation
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup in a small bowl until smooth.
Unfold one puff pastry sheet onto a floured surface. Spread half of the maple-Dijon mixture evenly over it.
Sprinkle half of the shredded spicy cheddar cheese and cooked bacon evenly on top.
Roll both long sides of the dough inward toward the center until they meet in the middle.
Slice into ½-inch thick pieces to form palmier shapes.
Arrange the slices cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Repeat with the second pastry sheet and remaining filling.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
Cool slightly before serving. Optionally, drizzle with maple syrup.
Notes
When making EASY Savory Palmiers, ensure your puff pastry is properly thawed. Avoid overloading the filling and use a serrated knife for slicing.
