How to Make Dark Chocolate Raspberry Brownies
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a medium saucepan over low heat until smooth.
Combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted chocolate mixture in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Whisk the flour and salt in a separate bowl, then fold into the chocolate mixture gradually.
Gently incorporate the fresh raspberries, being careful not to crush them.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool the brownies in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with extra raspberries if desired. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an even more indulgent treat.
