Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, sealing any seams.
Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the crescent dough.
Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it on top of the filling, sealing any seams.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
Cool for 10–15 minutes in the pan then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
Dust the top with powdered sugar before serving.
Slice into bars and serve them chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Optional: Top with fresh berries for an extra burst of flavor.
