Steps
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another minute.
Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
Pour in the heavy cream and add the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes if using.
