  • 2 tablespoons olive oil adds richness
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream for creamy texture
  • 1/2 cup beef broth adds depth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese melts into the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning adds herbal flavor
For the Garnish
  • fresh parsley adds freshness

Method

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil.
  2. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Generously season the sliced sirloin steak with salt and pepper.
  4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the steak strips for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to marry the flavors.
  7. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, letting the sauce simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Return the cooked pasta and seared steak to the skillet, tossing gently.
  9. Dish out the creamy steak pasta immediately, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
