Toss the sliced chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
In a large pot or skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add the seasoned chicken to the pot and cook for about 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside to keep it juicy.
In the same pot, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
Add the linguine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente (about 8–10 minutes).
Reduce the heat to low, stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
Add the cooked chicken back to the pot and mix until well combined.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
Notes
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat if desired.
