How to Make Creamy One Pot Cajun Chicken Linguine
  1. Toss the sliced chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pot or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the seasoned chicken in the pot for about 5–7 minutes, or until it’s cooked through and no longer pink. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic in the same pot for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
