How to Make Creamy One Pot Cajun Chicken Linguine
Toss the sliced chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Heat the olive oil in a large pot or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the seasoned chicken in the pot for about 5–7 minutes, or until it’s cooked through and no longer pink. Remove the chicken and set aside.
Sauté the minced garlic in the same pot for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
Add the linguine pasta and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 8–10 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese.
Combine the cooked chicken back into the pot and mix until everything is well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
Notes
For an extra cheesy touch, sprinkle with additional Parmesan before serving.
