How to Make Creamy Lemon Shrimp
Begin by seasoning your shrimp with kosher salt and black pepper.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side.
In the same skillet, sprinkle the flour over the remaining butter and stir.
Gradually whisk in the half & half until the mixture is smooth.
Toss in the lemon slices, parmesan cheese, and lemon zest.
Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and gently toss to coat.
Before serving, garnish your Creamy Lemon Shrimp with chopped parsley.
