Method

How to Make Creamy Garlic Parmesan Gnocchi
  1. Fill a large pot with salted water and bring it to a rolling boil.
  2. Add the potato gnocchi to the boiling water. Cook according to package instructions, usually until they float to the surface (about 2–3 minutes). Drain and set aside to keep warm.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1–2 minutes until it's fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir occasionally for about 2–3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it's melted and smooth. Taste and season the sauce with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  7. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and gently toss them to coat in the creamy sauce.
  8. Remove the skillet from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  9. Serve immediately while it’s warm and bubbling.
