How to Make Creamy Garlic Chicken Thighs
  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, ensuring they are free of excess moisture. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper for enhanced flavor.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Place the chicken thighs, skin side down, into the heated skillet. Sear for about 6–7 minutes until the skin turns golden brown and crispy.
  4. Carefully flip the thighs over and continue cooking for another 5–6 minutes until they are nicely browned on the other side. Once finished, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until it's fragrant.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine the ingredients into a luscious sauce.
  7. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, skin side up. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 10–15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
