How to Make Creamy Beer Cheese Dip
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until it’s bubbly.
Add the flour and whisk constantly for about 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the non-alcoholic beer or vegetable broth.
Lower the heat, then add the shredded cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese.
Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped green onions or chives.
Serve your creamy delight warm with pretzels, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the dip!
