How to Make Cranberry Brie Pull Apart Bread
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut the loaf using a serrated knife, making vertical and horizontal cuts while ensuring you don’t slice all the way through the bottom.
Stuff each sliced opening with a piece of brie cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and add nuts if desired.
Drizzle the melted butter generously over the top of the bread. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil.
Bake the wrapped bread on a baking sheet for 15 minutes. Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cool the bread for a few minutes after removing it from the oven.
Serve warm, inviting your guests to enjoy pulling apart the cheesy, cranberry-filled pieces.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider toasting the chopped nuts before adding them. The bread can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated for up to 3 days, and frozen for up to 2 months.
