How to Make Coconut Bars
In a mixing bowl, blend together the unsweetened shredded coconut, almond flour, and maple syrup until well combined.
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some to hang over the edges.
Transfer the coconut mixture into the lined baking dish and press down firmly and evenly.
Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the bars to set.
Lift the mixture out using the parchment paper and cut into bars or squares.
Notes
Optional: Drizzle with melted dark chocolate for extra flavor.
