How to Make Coconut Bars
In a mixing bowl, blend together the unsweetened shredded coconut, almond flour, and maple syrup until well combined.
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some paper to hang over the edges.
Transfer your coconut mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down firmly to create a compact layer.
Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the bars to set.
Once set, lift the mixture out using the parchment paper and cut into bars or squares.
Notes
Optional: Drizzle with melted dark chocolate for added flavor.
