Cooking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the marinade by mixing lemon juice, dried herbs, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
Coat the chicken pieces with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until golden and fragrant.
Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and sear on both sides for about 5 minutes each.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
