Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line your baking dish.
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl: cereal, flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
Whisk together the wet ingredients in another bowl: eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together gently until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, checking for golden brown tops.
Cool slightly before cutting into squares.
Top each square with Greek yogurt and an assortment of fresh berries.
Sprinkle nutmeg or cinnamon on top before serving.
