  • 1/2 cup Honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
For the Chocolate
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips

Method

How to Make Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine in a large bowl the almond flour, rolled oats, protein powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk them until fully blended.
  3. Mix the melted coconut oil, honey, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring until just combined. Then, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop rounded balls of dough onto your prepared baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden brown.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
