Method

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Cook the chicken breasts for 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken and let it rest on a plate.
  5. Add butter to the skillet and let it melt.
  6. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Incorporate fresh spinach and cook for 2–3 minutes until wilted.
  8. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  9. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes, cooking until sauce thickens.
  10. Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over it.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  12. Serve hot with pasta, rice, or salad.
