Ingredients

For the Salad
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 pieces Chicken breast grilled and sliced
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill them over medium-high heat for about 6–7 minutes per side until no longer pink in the center. Let rest before slicing.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a large bowl, toss together the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Drizzle your creamy Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  5. Divide the salad among serving plates. Optional: Sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese and croutons on top.
  6. Enjoy immediately while everything is fresh.
