How to Make Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut the bread with a serrated knife into a grid pattern, making sure not to slice all the way through.
Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, dried oregano, and salt in a small bowl.
Spread this garlic butter mixture between the cuts in the bread.
Fill each cut with the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan, making sure to spread it evenly.
Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, then unwrap and continue baking for another 5-10 minutes.
Cool slightly, garnish with extra herbs if desired, and serve warm!
Notes
Use a serrated knife to make cuts without crushing the bread. For a richer garlic flavor, let the garlic butter mixture sit before spreading.
