Method

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant and golden.
  3. Add the chicken strips, seasoning with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5–7 minutes, until fully cooked.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken and cover the skillet. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds.
  6. On each tortilla, layer cheesy garlic chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes (if desired), and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly, cradling the filling.
  8. Cut the wraps in half and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
