For the Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced.
  • 1 cup heavy cream for the luscious sauce.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese fresh mozzarella recommended.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese adds a salty depth.
For Garnish
  • fresh parsley finely chopped.

Method

How to Make Cheesy Garlic Chicken Pasta
  1. Fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until al dente, 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup of cooking water, drain pasta.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add seasoned chicken breast and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in minced garlic, cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add mozzarella and Parmesan, stirring until melted and creamy.
  8. Toss in the cooked pasta until coated.
  9. Serve with a garnish of parsley.
