How to Make Cheesy Garlic Chicken Pasta
Fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring it to a boil.
Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until al dente, 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup of cooking water, drain pasta.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add seasoned chicken breast and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic, cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Add mozzarella and Parmesan, stirring until melted and creamy.
Toss in the cooked pasta until coated.
Serve with a garnish of parsley.
Notes
Add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick if desired.
