Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir until everything is well-coated and evenly mixed.
