How to Make Cheesy Carnivore Bread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Whisk the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl. Combine with the melted cheese.
Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese and optional fresh herbs.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool the bread in the pan for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Slice and serve your Cheesy Carnivore Bread as desired.

To achieve the perfect texture, ensure both the mozzarella and cream cheese are fully melted. Allow the bread to cool adequately for clean slicing. Check for doneness a couple of minutes before the maximum baking time.
