Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Scramble the egg mixture in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes; then remove from heat.
  4. Slice the pack of slider buns in half horizontally.
  5. Layer the bottom half of the buns in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the buns, sprinkle crumbled sausage and shredded cheese, and add chopped green onions if desired.
  7. Top the sliders with the upper half of the buns, pressing down gently.
  8. Brush the melted butter generously over the top of the buns.
  9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Uncover the dish and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  11. Cool the sliders for a few minutes, then cut apart and serve warm.
