Method

How to Make Cheeseburger Pie
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This step is crucial to ensure your Cheeseburger Pie cooks evenly and comes out deliciously golden brown.
  2. Cook the ground beef and onion. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion. Drain any excess fat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix the filling ingredients. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, milk, eggs, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish, ensuring it's evenly spread out.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
