Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, mix the halved cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella balls, and chopped basil generously.
Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and add a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Toss gently.
Carefully scoop out a small amount of flesh from the center of each avocado half.
Spoon the tomato and mozzarella mixture into each avocado half, packing it in gently.
Finish with a beautiful drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Enjoy your Caprese stuffed avocado halves immediately.
