How to Make Brownie Bites
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line it with mini muffin liners for easier removal after baking.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Once melted, remove it from the heat and stir in the granulated sugar until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
Incorporate the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Then, stir in the vanilla extract, ensuring it’s fully mixed for a delightful flavor.
Whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture gradually, stirring gently until everything is just mixed.
Spoon the brownie batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs to indicate they're perfectly baked.
Cool the brownie bites in the pan for about 5 minutes. Then carefully transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve your brownie bites as they are, or dust them with powdered sugar if desired!
