Method

How to Make Broccoli Cheese Rounds
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Steam or microwave the chopped broccoli florets until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Drain excess water and let cool.
  3. Chop the broccoli finely if necessary.
  4. Combine in a large mixing bowl the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  5. Form the mixture into small rounds or patties, about 1-2 inches in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rounds are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Cool the broccoli cheese rounds for a few minutes on the baking sheet.
