How to Make Breakfast Pizza
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) as per the package instructions for the pizza crust.
Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Brush the crust lightly with olive oil.
Whisk together the eggs and milk in a medium bowl.
Season the egg mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the pizza crust.
Add the crumbled bacon, diced bell peppers, and red onion on top of the cheese.
Pour the egg mixture carefully over the toppings.
Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired before slicing.
Slice the pizza and serve it warm.
Notes
Optional: Add some sriracha sauce for a spicy kick!
