How to Make Blueberry Monkey Bread
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or 10-inch round cake pan.
Combine the fresh blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Toss to coat.
Cut each biscuit into quarters for bite-sized pieces.
Mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Dip biscuit pieces in melted butter, then toss in cinnamon-sugar.
Layer half of the coated biscuit pieces in the bundt pan, followed by half of the blueberry mixture.
Repeat with remaining biscuit pieces and blueberries.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Drizzle glaze over warm monkey bread before serving.
Serve warm and enjoy!
