Method

How to Make Blueberry Monkey Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or 10-inch round cake pan.
  2. Combine the fresh blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Toss to coat.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters for bite-sized pieces.
  4. Mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Dip biscuit pieces in melted butter, then toss in cinnamon-sugar.
  5. Layer half of the coated biscuit pieces in the bundt pan, followed by half of the blueberry mixture.
  6. Repeat with remaining biscuit pieces and blueberries.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
