How to Make Best Lemon Garlic Shrimp
Start by tossing the shrimp with salt and pepper in a bowl. Set them aside.
In a large skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes into the skillet. Sauté for about 30 seconds.
Place the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
Gently flip the shrimp and pour in the fresh lemon juice and zest. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Remove the skillet from heat and fold in the chopped parsley.
Transfer the shrimp to a serving plate, garnished with additional parsley and lemon wedges.
Notes
Serve with a side of crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
