Directions

  3. Add the marinated beef to the skillet in a single layer. Allow it to cook for about 2-3 minutes until it's browned and cooked through.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, ensuring an even coat for the next ingredients.
  5. Introduce the minced garlic and ginger to the hot skillet. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  6. Add the sliced zucchini and bell pepper, stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes.
  7. Return the cooked beef to the skillet, mixing it with the vibrant vegetables. Stir everything to combine and heat through for another 1-2 minutes.
  8. Taste your stir-fry, adjusting salt and pepper as needed.
