Method

Cooking Steps
  1. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked, breaking it apart.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is translucent, then stir in spices and optional ingredients.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheese until melted to create filling.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Spread enchilada sauce in a baking dish, fill tortillas with beef mixture, and roll them up.
  6. Place enchiladas seam-side down, pour more sauce on top, and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve hot with desired toppings.
