  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes Sweet and juicy

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano For earthy flavor

  • pepper To taste

Method

How to Make Baked Feta Pasta
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
  3. Arrange the cherry tomatoes and feta in a baking dish.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and add garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until tomatoes blister and feta softens.
  6. Mash baked feta and tomatoes together with a fork to make a creamy sauce.
  7. Combine pasta with the sauce and reserved pasta water, tossing to coat.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil and red pepper flakes if desired.
