Method
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the cooked chicken, diced ham, shredded Swiss cheese, Dijon mustard if using, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir well until everything is perfectly blended together.
Unroll the crescent roll dough carefully and separate it into triangles.
Spoon a portion of the chicken and ham mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll the dough tightly around the filling.
Place the rolled crescents on your prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
Whisk together melted butter, dried parsley, and paprika in a small bowl.
