Ingredients

Dough
  • 1 tube Refrigerated crescent roll dough Easy to work with and creates a flaky exterior.
Filling
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken Shredded or diced.
  • 1 cup Cooked ham Diced fine.
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese Shredded.
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard Optional.
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Topping
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted.
  • 1 tablespoon Dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Optional.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, diced ham, shredded Swiss cheese, Dijon mustard if using, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir well until everything is perfectly blended together.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough carefully and separate it into triangles.
  4. Spoon a portion of the chicken and ham mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll the dough tightly around the filling.
  5. Place the rolled crescents on your prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
  6. Whisk together melted butter, dried parsley, and paprika in a small bowl.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls generously with the butter mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly once out of the oven, then serve warm.
