How to Make Baked Brie with Cherry Jam
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the brie on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring there is space around it for air circulation.
Spread cherry jam evenly over the top of the brie.
Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and dust lightly with cinnamon.
Drizzle honey over the top for a glossy finish.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the brie is soft and melty.
Let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
Top with a pinch of flaky sea salt and serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.
Notes
Allow brie to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking for a creamier texture. Monitor the baking closely to prevent bursting.
